In 2003, the artist group iMiNiMi, comprised of Bug, Roger Rapp, Kent Smith and Rick Visser, presented the collaborative installation, “Panopticon21” at the Cordell Taylor Gallery located in Denver.  It was a cautionary tale of total social control through surveillance.                      Through video and print images of that event, viewers could compare it with the NSA’s electronic Panopticon set up during the Bush administration to inspect and record our e-mails and phone calls.
